Training and capacity building services for one-stop centres and related functionaries for gender-responsive COVID-19 recovery in select states in India

Strengthening women’s rights, building capacity on early warning systems, monitoring mechanisms, and implementing the women, peace, and security agenda at the community level in Somalia

UN Women Somalia calls for proposals for the implementation of a programme focused on promoting women’s representation and meaningful participation in decision-making and leadership positions in peace and political processes, which is fundamental to securing durable peace, political stability, and security in Somalia.

The programme will also provide a transformative vision for a women-centered, human rights-based, and gender-responsive approaches to peacebuilding. Consequently, as a part of the peacebuilding process, the programme will harness and further strengthen women peacebuilder networks and forums.

Strengthening CSOs and women’s movements to increase accountability for women’s political participation in Sudan

UN Women Sudan calls for proposals that foster an inclusive women’s movement by:

  • Strengthening the organization of women in their different intersectionalities, specifically the most excluded from development and political processes;
  • Strengthening the young women’s movement; and
